Williams to Host Coffee and Conversation Event with Commissioner Michael Cabonargi

CHICAGO IL- State Rep. Ann Williams (D-Chicago) will host the second in a series of "Coffee and Conversation" events to meet with local residents on Tuesday, October 4th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at The Riverview, located at 1958 West Roscoe Street, in Chicago. Commissioner Michael Cabonargi of the Cook County Board of Review will be joining her at the event.

"It's important to be open and accessible and to interact with my constituents in a more informal setting," Williams said. "I am thrilled to be partnering with Commissioner Cabonargi for this opportunity to discuss issues that impact all of us, including property taxes, education funding and budget priorities."

"I always appreciate hearing from my constituents through phone calls and emails, but nothing can replace talking in person," she added. "I want to hear what people are talking and thinking about "that is such a critical part of my job to represent the district in Springfield."

Williams will host additional "Coffee and Conversation" events the first Tuesday of each month through the end of the year: November 1st and December 6th. Note that Alderman Scott Waguespack of the 32nd Ward will join Williams for the November 1st event. Further details will follow.
